For years I have been know as the Flight Attendant Baker. My incredible, deliciously unique cookies and cupcakes were praised by my passengers aboard corporate aircraft. I always enjoyed cooking and entertaining.

I started cooking at age 9 when my job was to prepare Wednesday night dinner. Meatloaf, baked potatoes, and chopped salad were the menu because my Mother was teaching in her piano studio. My love for cooking was sealed into my soul after moving to Paris and attending cooking classes at Le Cordon Bleu in my 20's.

So, here we are 2014, the Aviation devision of the company I was working for closed unexpectedly. My thought were OMG! Who am I going to bake my cookies and cupcakes for? My husband had an Epiphany! "Cannabis!" Yes cannabis. Who better to serve then those who need a delicious treat with the pain medicine they need.
